These are web meetings, being held through WebEX, which allows the student who are registered into the respective academic or professional course to attend the online meetings. There are scheduled meetings depending on each course. These meetings are controlled by the tutor where he/she can share his/her whiteboard, desktop, presentations, documents, applications, web content, web browser and multimedia. Also, WebEX includes voice chat, video chat, and interactive questions. The student may also request for permission to speak as well as use the chat and Q&A tools.
